Court of appeal publishes court judgement

The Court Of Appeal has published the verdict from the appeal against IR35 that took place in December of last year.

The PCG had taken The Revenue to court previously in March of the same year and they had lost but had won an appeal and then went to the Court Of Appeal in December, where the case was finally put to rest.

The PCG were hoping for the case to be referred to The European Court in an effort to use European Law to illustrate, amongst other things, how IR35 made it far less profitable to contract in the UK than in the rest of Europe.
