The Revenue has published the final part of it's Employment Status Manual.
It has published the case law section which contains cases that have been tried by inspectors and that have received there status.
The section does however only have 25 cases summarised when there are actually over 100 cases that can help with the status issue.
This manual should have now been revised as when mentioned during the Judicial Review, but it seems nothing as of yet has been altered.
