MP's get involved in IR35

The appeal against the Judicial review decision in March has been postponed until the 4th of December, but this does not seem to be stopping the appeal from becoming a huge talking point.

MP's are now asking questions of Paymaster General Dawn Primarolo, and asking why the tax allowance of 5% cannot be changed as most of the small businesses out there claim that the amount needed for expenses and in particular training, far exceeds this amount.

It does not seem as though any changes are going to be coming through though and when asked about changing the legislation, Primarolo said that there was definitely not going to be a change in policy over the 5%.
