In a good piece of news for contractors, they seem to be so few and far between these days, the P.C.G has managed to win the right to an appeal against the April decision by Mr Justice Burton.
They now have the right to appeal the decision of the Judicial Review and may make an application to the court of appeal.
They could also seek out the European courts to get a decision on the matter.Although this is a good sign for contractors who are fighting against IR35, it will still be some two years before any clarity on the legality of IR35 is made public.
